Abingdon Wine Estate opened their very popular tasting room overlooking the vineyard in August 2009.
Abingdon is a family business, passionate about wine, about people, the friends we make and sharing our produce with those who appreciate it. 

Wine tasting available at R150 pp to taste 5 wines

All our wines are available to be enjoyed by the glass (125ml & 175ml) or bottle throughout the day

Wine sales on weekdays by prior arrangement – we will try our best to accommodate any weekday requests, however, as we are a small family run vineyard, we regret that we can only open for wine sales and not tastings from Monday to Thursday.

Abingdon prizes itself on the personal attention given to each and every guest. You are invited to our home to meet the owners, discuss the wines with the winemakers and share a glass with the family behind Abingdon.

Voted South Africa’s Best Kept Secret in the 2019 Amex Dining Awards, the Abingdon menu is fresh, offering harvest boards and sharing plates/ tapas style dishes to accompany your wine.

Lunches are served between 11.30am – 2.30pm. We are open Fridays & Saturdays 11am – 5pm. Booking is essential.
