Known for its pale colour, fragrant floral nose, sour cherry & savoury truffle, liquorice and tar palate.

A blend of 55% Syrah, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Petit Verdot. The wine shows complex layers of dark cherry, plum, pepper spice and bramble fruits.
Traditionally crafted, basket pressed by hand and matured in French oak barrique for 15 months.
